As a flagship initiative of the Second National Plan for Open Science, it is mandated and funded by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR). Recherche Data Gouv's mission is to provide a sovereign solution for sharing and preserving research data, ensuring compliance with FAIR principles and fostering reuse.
