Erfgoed Leiden en Omstreken (ELO) is part of the municipality of Leiden. ELO performs services related to historical preservation, archaeology and archiving for the municipality of Leiden, as well as ten other surrounding municipalities and implementation services such as the fire department and municipal health services.
